We Look at Warner Bros Upcoming Teen Titans Live Action Series ‘Titans’

**SPITS COFFEE. Guys, Teen Titans is making a comeback and no, not that horrible Teen Titans Go series we were recently handed. This is going to be a live-action series of our favorite young group of heroes and the first serious series since the original animated show Teen Titans on Cartoon Network. Warner Bros. Television and DC Entertainment are looking to launch a DC Streaming service to cater to all die-hard DC Universe fans to binge out on any and all DC hero shows. Dick Grayson is going to be the star of the series as Robin along with Starfire, Raven and what I’m assuming Beast Boy and Cyborg. No information is released regarding any other members of the Titans.

TNT was to debut a live-action Teen Titans film alongside ‘Batman & Robin writer Akiva Goldsmanthough the series was canceled late last year. This didn’t stop Goldsman from continuing to write for the young heroes. Goldsman along with notable film producer Sarah Schechter will be working side by side to give us a top notch Teen Titans series that will surely keep our eyes glued to the television. Sarah Schechter has worked on some of the best DC Multiverse shows such as Arrow, Flash, Legends of Tomorrow, and Supergirl. With that pedigree and experience, I’m sure they will be able to deliver another smashing hit series.  With the latest and amazing animated films ‘Justice League vs. Teen Titans’ and ‘Teen Titans: Judas Contract’ the hype is at an all-time high for more Teen Titans content.

The official synopsis for ‘Titans’ is as followed

Titans follows a group of young soon-to-be Super Heroes recruited from every corner of the DC Universe. In this action-packed series, Dick Grayson emerges from the shadows to become the leader of a fearless band of new heroes, including Starfire, Raven, and many others. Titans is a dramatic, live-action adventure series that will explore and celebrate one of the most popular comic book teams ever.”
