(Almost) Live Reactions to WWE RAW
So, we meet again.
Yes indeed, it is that time of the week once again when RAW is on. With an oddly named PPV just around the corner, how would tonight go? Would the Joe/Lesnar feud continue in its thus-far excellent manner? Would Reigns continue acting as heelish as he did last week? There’s only one way to know for sure, so you’d best read on to find out.
Because he’s the most popular man in the world and it’s what we all want to see, Roman Reigns was the first man through the curtain to cut a promo. He accepted Braun Strowman‘s challenge from last week for an upcoming ambulance match. Just as he was getting going, an ambulance pulled up next to the entrance ramp. Roman opened it to find it empty but was then ambushed from behind by the monstrous athlete. They brawled, and it climaxed when Braun biel’d Roman off the entrance ramp into the side of the ambulance, and he then crashed onto the concrete floor. Strowman loaded Reigns into the ambulance and raised his arms to a loud ovation.
You know what? I can’t really complain about that. Over in ten minutes, contained a really sick looking spot, and had a fun little brawl for what’s sure to be among the marquee matches on GBoF. Good stuff all around, really. I didn’t like this version of Reigns as much as I did the one last week, but this was still a much better presentation of the man than he’s had since before last week.
